Cybercrime Prevention Act (Republic Act No. 10175)

Republic Act No. 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act was just signed into law last September 12, 2012. 

What is the the Cybercrime Prevention Act?  Well, in a nutshell, it aims to prevent and crack down on cyber crimes in the Philippines.

  2. It took time for me to traced where have I left such an idiot reply regarding this law being a good news. I must admit I wasn't knowledgeable at that time how great of a scope that this law covered. And now I know how this law is anything but good news.

    1. Well, there are actually some good points within the law and then there are some mistakes. This law should not be totally scrapped but should be reviewed and amended.
