Ice cream is just one of those desserts that will never run out of style.  You'd be hard pressed to find someone who is not a fan.  So it's no surprise that ice cream parlors are a dime a dozen, especially in tropical countries like Singapore.

Situated in the heart of the city, Tom's Palette not only prides itself in making traditional home made ice cream from scratch, they're also quite famous for churning out new flavours every month!

But being such a creature of habit, I almost always opt for my time-tested faves -- Dark Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake, a combination that has proven time and time again to be a wonderful combination.
