STYLE FOR LESS: JanSport's Right Pack vs. Team Manila's 365 Bag

THE SPLURGE: JanSport's Right Pack (Php4,290)

Who hasn't heard, or owned for that matter, a good, sturdy JanSport backpack?  Owned by the VF Corporation, one of the world's largest appareal companies, JanSport has been servicing their customers since the 1960s by providing durable products to the market.  They are also known for their lifetime warranties.

Purchase one of their more well-known designs, the Right Pack, sort of a modern take on their orginal vintage classic backpack, for Php4,290.

THE STEAL: 365 Bag by Team Manila (Php1,480)

For an almost identical look, you can also try the 365 bag by Team Manila, selling for Php1,480 only.  A steal compared to the original JanSport.  Plus you get to support our local artisans!  =)

  1. The Jansport Right Pack simplifies traveling considerably, being available in a straight cut design. The SuperBreak has a large primary compartment with useful pockets which make carrying things easier. While the bag from JanSport may not have fanciful features like a hip belt or pockets to stack in your water bottle, it is affordable and comes from one of the best rated manufacturers in the market. There is ample room in the bag for carrying textbooks and school supplies.
